Beef Kofta Kebab

Prep time: 15 minutes | Cook time: 20 minutes| Serves 4

Ingredients :

455g ground beef
¼ cup white onion, grated
¼ cup parsley, chopped
1 tablespoon mint, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon oregano
½ teaspoon garlic salt
1 egg

Directions:

  1. Mix ground beef with onion, parsley, mint, garlic, cumin, oregano, garlic salt and egg in a bowl.
  2. Take 3 tbsp-sized beef kebabs out of this mixture.
  3. Place the kebabs in the air fryer baskets.
  4. Return the air fryer basket 1 to Zone 1, and basket 2 to Zone 2 of the Ninja Foodi 2-Basket Air Fryer.
  5. Choose the “Air Fry” mode for Zone 1 at 375 degrees F and 18 minutes of cooking time.
  6. Select the “MATCH COOK” option to copy the settings for Zone 2.
  7. Initiate cooking by pressing the START/PAUSE BUTTON.
  8. Flip the kebabs once cooked halfway through.
  9. Serve warm.
