Crusted Shrimp

Prep time: 20 minutes|Cook time: 13 minutes|Serves 4

Ingredients :

1 lb. shrimp
½ cup flour, all-purpose
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon baking powder
⅔ cup water
2 cups coconut shred
½ cup bread crumbs

Directions:

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together flour, salt, water, and baking powder. Set aside for 5 minutes|
  2. In another shallow bowl, toss bread crumbs with coconut shreds together.
  3. Dredge shrimp in liquid, then coat in coconut mixture, making sure it’s totally covered.
  4. Repeat until all shrimp are coated.
  5. Spread half of the shrimp in each crisper plate and spray them with cooking oil.
  6. Return the crisper plates to the Ninja Foodi Dual Zone Air Fryer.
  7. Choose the Air Fry mode for Zone 1 and set the temperature to 390 degrees F and the time to 13 minutes.
  8. Select the “MATCH” button to copy the settings for Zone 2.
  9. Initiate cooking by pressing the START/STOP button.
  10. Shake the baskets once cooked halfway, then resume cooking.
  11. Serve with your favorite dip.
