Prep time: 20 minutes|Cook time: 13 minutes|Serves 4
Ingredients :
1 lb. shrimp
½ cup flour, all-purpose
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon baking powder
⅔ cup water
2 cups coconut shred
½ cup bread crumbs
Directions:
- In a small bowl, whisk together flour, salt, water, and baking powder. Set aside for 5 minutes|
- In another shallow bowl, toss bread crumbs with coconut shreds together.
- Dredge shrimp in liquid, then coat in coconut mixture, making sure it’s totally covered.
- Repeat until all shrimp are coated.
- Spread half of the shrimp in each crisper plate and spray them with cooking oil.
- Return the crisper plates to the Ninja Foodi Dual Zone Air Fryer.
- Choose the Air Fry mode for Zone 1 and set the temperature to 390 degrees F and the time to 13 minutes.
- Select the “MATCH” button to copy the settings for Zone 2.
- Initiate cooking by pressing the START/STOP button.
- Shake the baskets once cooked halfway, then resume cooking.
- Serve with your favorite dip.
