Ingredients :
½ small red cabbage, sliced
1 apple, sliced
1 sweet onion, sliced
2 tablespoons oil
½ teaspoon cumin
½ teaspoon paprika
Salt and black pepper, to taste
2 boneless lamb chops (1″ thick)
Directions:
- Toss lamb chops with apple and the rest of the ingredients in a bowl.
- Divide the mixture in the air fryer baskets.
- Return the air fryer basket 1 to Zone 1, and basket 2 to Zone 2 of the Ninja Foodi 2-Basket Air Fryer.
- Choose the “Air Fry” mode for Zone 1 and set the temperature to 400 degrees F and 15 minutes of cooking time.
- Select the “MATCH COOK” option to copy the settings for Zone 2.
- Initiate cooking by pressing the START/PAUSE BUTTON.
- Serve warm.
