Ingredients :
½ tsp. salt
½ tsp. smoked paprika
2 medium sweet potatoes
½ tsp. ground cumin
½ tbsp. olive oil
½ tsp. red chili powder
¼ tsp. ground black pepper
Directions :
1. Turn on the oven and preheat it to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. Meanwhile, line a baking sheet with parchment paper and put it away until needed.
3. Scrub, wash, and cut the potatoes into wedges.
4. Spread the potato wedges on the prepared baking sheet, drizzle with oil, season with everything, toss until covered, and then spread in a single layer.
5. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes, flipping halfway, until beautifully browned and crisp on the prepared baking sheet.
6. Cool the potato wedges fully before dividing them equally between 2 meal prep containers. Refrigerate for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 1 month.
7. Bring the potato wedges to room temperature before microwaving for 2 to 3 minutes until heated, and then serve with tahini sauce.
